ARCHITECTURAL APPLICATIONS

Application for Architectural Change Instructions

Please fill out the application in its entirety and submit to Rachael Cogdill via e-mail at rcogdill@tscmanagement.com. You may also hand deliver, fax or mail your application in. To avoid delays in processing, please be sure to provide the following information:

• Detailed description of request
• Copy of plat survey indicating placement
• Total dimensions to include length x width x height
• Color photos or samples of colors to be used
• Proposed materials
• Copy of City Permit
• Neighbor signatures required when replacing fences
• Owner’s signature and date
• One request/item per application

Upon receipt of the completed application and all necessary supporting documentation, your application will be forwarded onto your Architectural Control Committee for review. We will advise you of the Board’s determination as soon as possible.
